Right Call for VLR_AMP vs. Team ERL
1/5/11
ERL BBM Series
Volusia Speedway

VLR_Amp won the race but could not produce a replay.
he said his screen went black and couldn't save it.

ERL Rules say:
5. All winners must submit there replay to thegoat15@yahoo.com following the event.
ERL Turbo was the race promoter and made the call to disqualify VLR_Amp for rules infraction. ERL_Turbo insists all races for that league has been back by replays after the event with no exceptions.

The Right Call was arbitrated for a decision for Team ERL.
Findings: VLR_Amp failed to give a replay after the event.
and the win was forfeited, VLR_Amp will recieve points for 10th
Lesson: If a league's rules ask for a replay from winners
you better plan on saving a replay. Asking for replays especially on Add-On track will be more noted in 2011.

Right Call for WFO_Zombie vs. Team Doit
1/6/11
Doit Renegade Series
I-55 Speedway

Doit 11 bumped WFO_Zombie up and out of position for the win on the last lap of the race.

Doit Rules say:
Rubin is racing but, any driver that slam passes a car from the side and that car looses more than 1 spot, will loose their points for the night and the points will be giving to the driver that got slammed. arguing will cost the arguer 1 week suspension. Any driver that takes out one car or more deliberately will not receive any finishing points and will receive penalty points as described below. A driver may bump a player up and passes him so long as he does not loose more than one spot, there will not be a penalty. to dispute any race you must have your full replay.

The Right Call was arbitrated for a decision for WFO_Zombie.
Findings: Doit 11 used to much contact when passing and forced WFO_Zombie up and into the wall passing him for the win on the last lap.

Lesson: A league's rules may be over turned by the Right Call if you use to much contact even if the rules allow some contact.

Right Call for Do!t 42 vs. Do!t 87
1/24/11
WFO @ Bloomington 2k11
BLS Superstock/VLR Crates

It was decided that Do!t 87 had time to lift to keep from hitting Do!t 42 and they would swap finishing positions

Right Call for Do!t 3 vs BLS D*K*
1/24/11
WFO @ Bloomington 2k11
BLS Superstock/VLR Crates

It was decided that DK had a small warp bubble around his car causing the accident. No penalty was accessed due to it not being in WFO Rules. DK was given a warning that his car does have a small bubble and to give alittle more room and the WFO rules will be adjusted this week.        Posted by: WFO_Ice
Right Call for WFO_Stealth vs. WFO_ICE
1/31/11
WFO
Georgetown Speedway

Incident:
The WFO rules say this was a Level two incident, which would mean every driver would move up a spot due to the incident, and the offender (ICE) would receive last.

However, this was determined to be to severe for the incident that took place on the last lap.

The group voted after much deliberation to drop it to a Level one even though it didn't fit the criteria, because the punishment was deemed more appropriate for the criteria determined in Level one on the WFO rules.

There will be a clearer definition of the rules on WFO's website if another incident occurs in the future like this.

Lesson: A league's rules may be over turned by the Right Call in a situation like this if there is not clear enough definitions of the rule.
