the entire field is froze and a restart will take

If connection problems
exist racers will have 10 minutes to get back into
server or the race will start.
Disputes:
Any driver wishing to
have a race, heat or feature reviewed due to a
driving incident, has to tell one of the MARS
officials to
review the race. That's all that needs to be said. The
MARS officials will review the replay and apply
position swapping or penalty points
if it's deemed necessary, If you bump a driver up or
side bash, and you pass him you will be
penalized, if you back off and give him back his spot
no severe penalty will be charged. SAVE YOUR FULL
REPLAY.
Penalty points:
Rough Driving:
The penalties will be
charged as follows:
Racing Contact By accident will be reviewed. position
swapping will be used to correct any disputes if the
incident is determined to be an accident with no
intent of rough driving, no penalty points will be invoked.
-10 points Minor incident: Bashing a car
out of 1 spot
-25 points Major incident: Bashing a car
out of more than 1 spot or walling a car,
-15 points if you talk in vent during a race event, no
exceptions.
Glitching:
If a car glitches and causes an
incident it will be a penalty charged to
the car that glitched.
If you bash more than 1 car out of 1 or
more spots during a single race or
knock a car out of a race where he cannot
continue you will have a 1 week suspension
added to your penalty.
If a driver gets
penalized with 3 rough driving violations they will be
unable to compete in the remainder of the season and
their standings pulled with all stats and positions
changing accordingly.
Keep in mind this game is only 80% accurate
and uses up way to much bandwidth to be on
identical synchronization with each
computer all replays will be different
from one another, several replays will be evaluated
to make such a claim.
PING, what does it mean? Simply
put, ping (Latency) is a measurement of
time, it is the time it takes to send data
from your computer to the server and then
back to your computer, this is done with
node hops, someone might have 3 hops and
another might have 15 hops and that's what
causes ping to be high, the more hops
the higher the ping. all this is done in a
measurement called milliseconds, the higher
your ping the longer the time. if your
ping is 30 your internet speed will be 3
times faster than someone with 90, that's
where the server synchronization
comes in and averages all 10 players to
have the the same speed to the best of the
servers ability. Some servers are better
than others, that's why you see some
servers with all low pings but the cars
are still lagging or warping, and others
have higher pings but there is little
warping this server has better a sync than
the one with the lower pings.
Points:
Points will be awarded
as follows:
A-Main 1st=100 2nd=95, 3rd=90, 4th=85, 5th=80, 6th=75,
7th=70, 8th=65, 9th=60, 10th=55
B-Main 1st=T 2nd=T, 3rd=50, 4th=45, 5th=40 6th=35,
7th=30, 8th=25, 9th=20, 10th=10
NOTE: Tracks are subject to change.

problem or a dispute is found with the scheduled
